White is defined as the absence of color, but I believe it is just as beautiful and important as all of the other colors. It also creates a backdrop for all the other vibrant colors in our world.
Check out my inspirational Pinterest Board dedicated to the color WHITE.

Happy New Year to all you Color Fool fans out there!
Last year brought me a ton of stress, which I relieved by coloring... so, here's to another stress-filled year to keep my addiction going!
I would like to take this opportunity to share two reviews with you for coloring books that I received as Christmas gifts. You can purchase both of these awesome treasures on Amazon.com.
WARNING: The contents of these coloring books IS NOT FOR KIDS! (Scroll at your own risk).

Go F*uck Yourself I'm Coloring: Swear Word Coloring Book by Alex Fleming
I was super excited to receive this gift. Although I haven't colored any pages yet, it is filled with enough "colorful" language for me to spend hours relaxing while I add my own colors to them! The book is made up of twenty-seven swear word coloring designs and even has a bonus section where you can download the book in PDF format as well as an offer to receive Alex Fleming's previous coloring book for free!
I am very excited to get started on these designs and will post some awesome coloring footage on my YouTube channel, so be sure to subscribe at YouTube.com!
Calm The F*uck Down: An Irreverent Adult Coloring Book by Sasha O'Hara
As with the above book, I was thrilled to get it on Christmas. This book has 22 original sayings that will make you laugh and are great coloring designs! This one also has color test pages in the front for those of us who always need to test out our markers or pencils to see what color comes out on the page! There is also some author/artist information in the back and an invitation to sign up for her website and newsletter which I plan to do.
I am excited to start coloring these awesome designs as well, so be sure to check for that on YouTube.
Happy New Year everyone!

Coloring For Stress Relief
Sometimes you just need to sit down and relax.
In this age of cell phones, tablets, game consoles and other distracting technology, it can be a very difficult task to accomplish.
In the past few years "adult coloring" has become more widely promoted for fun as well as stress relief. You would be surprised just how quickly you can get absorbed in a coloring page or even with a coloring app. (I guess that's technically cheating since you're still using you phone or tablet!)
There are so many adult coloring books being published now that it's been hard for me to take a trip to Wal-Mart or Target without coming home with at least one new book full of blank canvases to fill in with my best colorful ideas. The problem for me now is that I've decided to go back to the full-time stay at home mom thing (I've got a little guy who will turn 3 in March this year) and the lack of income has really put a damper on my coloring addiction.
Don't get me wrong, I sill have plenty of coloring books with blank pages to color, and I spend hours at a time on the awesome app ReColor (username daylily), but I would love to be able to grab hold of all the awesome adult coloring books that I've seen online and in the store; not to mention all the great gel pens, markers and pencils they've been pumping out to accompany all the great books being published.
So, as a stay at home mom with no personal income for splurging on things to feed my habit, how am I going to afford to keep that habit going? Well, I have come across several ways, and I am going to share all of them with you right here on the Color Fool blog. As a bonus for those of you who decide to stick around and endure my rambling, I will add new ways to fund your coloring habit as they come my way, so check back often or subscribe to my Youtube channel and get notifications every time I decide to ramble on camera instead of on my keyboard, plus I will share my coloring videos, tutorials, information and reviews there as well.
To start you off, here's a link to the coolest way I like to earn money to fund my coloring habit!
